Horrible and disgusting there were bugs everywhere in the room the minute we entered. Wouldn’t want my worst enemy to stay here. And staff is awful did not even let me speak with a manager to discuss issues.

So I made a reservation. I canceled the reservation a week ahead. I was told I had to do it through the facility. The facility told me I had to go to the online booking which was booking.com the facility wouldn't even respond after numerous emails and phone calls. Booking.com was about as much help. I will never use booking.com nor would I ever recommend doing business with this hotel..... They just flat out stole my money
