I paid for 3 nights upfront. When I finally went to the front office about my room light turning off, they said it was my fault and to put towels over it till the morning when they would then have maintenance people in to figure it out. I was also questioned why I co
So I made a reservation. I canceled the reservation a week ahead. I was told I had to do it through the facility. The facility told me I had to go to the online booking which was booking.com the facility wouldn't even respond after numerous emails and phone calls. Booking.com was about as much help. I will never use booking.com nor would I ever recommend doing business with this hotel..... They just flat out stole my money
