I work across the street from Masters Designs and after driving past it so many times, I finally decided to just stop in one day to inquire about dry cleaning. I was greeted by Gene (the owner) with a smile and as if we had known each other for years! He’s such a sweetheart and a joy to work with. I started using Genes services strictly for my husbands dry cleaning (slacks and long sleeve button down shirts), and they work he and his staff do is perfection! Gene is a professional and has done over 300,000 alterations. He fixed the button on my suit jacket seamlessly (no pun intended), and let out my suit pants perfectly. I didn’t even have to wear my suit pants in front of him for him to know exactly what needed to be done to them. A true expert with great customer service, which is why I will be going back next time 👍
