Very disappointing experience with Masters Carpet Cleaning. I called Monday morning and spoke with Jeff, who asked me to text him my address and said someone would call to schedule. I never received a call. I followed up Monday afternoon and was told their system wasn’t working properly and wasn’t notifying customers about appointments. Still, Jeff assured me someone would stop by on Tuesday. I went ahead and vacuumed the area and moved furniture in preparation—only for them to completely no-show. I used this service in February 2025 to clean 2 shag type area rugs size 6X9 and 8X11. I knew my rugs were dirty because I’ve had them a few years and never had them professionally cleaned, but they were vacuumed weekly. Therefore they did not have any visible dirt or stains, just more of a dust buildup. The guy that cleaned them sprayed something on top of the rugs that smelled good, then began to use a hose that applied water to the rugs, and sucked it back up at the same time.
