This company leaves their dog out in the street to run and chase cars. I’ve almost hit his dog about 4 to 5 times. If you’re a dog person, I wouldn’t recommend this business at all. He wants told me oh I don’t care if you hit my dog with your car and I told him but what about my car who’s gonna pay for the damages and he said oh yeah, huh and this has been a constant issue where his black dog runs out into the street and chases the cars and gets really close to the wheel wheelslike we understand a guard dog right that’s not ... read more

Very disappointing experience with Masters Carpet Cleaning. I called Monday morning and spoke with Jeff, who asked me to text him my address and said someone would call to schedule. I never received a call. I followed up Monday afternoon and was told their system wasn’t working properly and wasn’t notifying customers about appointments. Still, Jeff assured me someone would stop by on Tuesday. I went ahead and vacuumed the area and moved furniture in preparation—only for them to completely no-show.
