I'm sure I'm prejudiced because I worked at Masters over 32 years. However, that does give me a behind the scenes picture of the agency's desire to provide the best customer service it can provide. Mike and Scott Masters always stressed that customers could buy insurance anywhere. The agency needed to provide the best service to keep customers happy. I think they do that. There is always a real person to talk to you if a problem comes up or if you have a question.

I might be a little biased but Rhonda and the other associates are top notch. No risk is too small or too large for them to handle. I recently had a water claim and that's when you know you've chosen the right agent because they were right there beside me during the whole process.
