We scheduled Hector Flores around April 25, 2022 to redo your roof. It also needed some sheeting replaced. It looked like they did a great job until one day I looked in the attic. On April 13, 2024 i sent him pictures of what his team did. They through all the tar paper and some shingles inside on the insulation. I needed to have new furnance/AC line ran in the attic which ment I had to remove the old insulation. No one wanted the job with all that loose roofing material in there. We were very happy with the work once it was complete. Hector checked the work and had the contractors return to fix anything they missed the first time. The price came in at the quote, which was great. We were very happy with the service we received while the work was being done. However, for the two months prior, we were told “it’ll be next week” or “supplies will be delivered tomorrow” or “they’ll start this weekend”. It has been over 2 years since Hector repaired our roof. He fixed it the right way as we have had no more problems with shingles coming off the peak! He was also here within a couple of days after seeing what needed to be done! He will always be the one I call for any roofing issue!
