Great service. Called Masterpiece Plumbing to repair a broken pipe to an outside hosebib, and they showed up within two hours. Sailo and his partner were super friendly, and knowledgeable. Saw what needed to be repaired/replaced, and didn’t up-charge me on any of the parts, which I thought was commendable. Thanks, Sailo!
They were on-time, quickly resolved the issue, thoroughly explained everything, and were fair in their pricing. Pretty much everything you could ask for from a contractor. Highly recommend!
Sailo was wonderful to work with. He was on time, explained what was going on and when the first attempt didn’t clear the clog, made it clear to me why it wasn’t working and what he would be trying differently. My young children, of course, wanted to watch and “help” and he was so pleasant and patient with them. A great experience and will be using Sailo again if the need arises.
Very responsive and professional. Provided quality work in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Would certainly contact again for plumbing services. Edit: I did contact a second time for other work and was again pleased with the level of workmanship and professionalism.
We were extremely thankful he was able to come out right away, as our pressure tank had been leaking all night and we were worried about turning the water off for too long (8 people in our house on well water). After he got a new tank he had it fixed so quickly we were amazed. Definitely we keep this company in mind for any water/well issues we might have in the future. 5 stars all the way
