A number of project mgmt issues arose during the job, including the crew not showing up (whereby I had to notify Masterpeace Gardens because they were not aware), significant miscalclation of material cost, and Chris Canady (Landscape Designer) opting out of her responsibility to oversee the installation of plants (her website states: "she personally oversees each project from start to finish") on planting day.
