Our refrigerator compartment stopped cooling just months after being installed. The freezer compartment cooled well. James came to our house to fix a leak in our washer. He was not only helpful and knowlegeable, he was extremely personable, efficient, and very good at explaining the problem and the part that we needed. He also made sure that the only in stock unit of that part in their warehouse was saved for us so he could install it 2 days later. Excellent service and they will be my appliance repair guys from now on!
