James arrived and was excellent. He fixed our oven and gave great advice for other appliances. He also advised how the problem could have been prevented and how I could fix the problem in the future if needed. He is very knowledgeable and very courteous! I will definitely use again if I have any other problems in the future.

Throughout the process, the main office kept me informed about the shipping status, which I really appreciated. As soon as the parts arrived, James returned promptly to complete the repair. He was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job from start to finish.
