Professional, knowledgeable, good service.
The technician did not take the necessary time to conduct a proper diagnosis of our refrigerator. When I asked him about the temperature readings he stated he did not get them because I had the doors open so long that it wasn't the best reading. When he arrived, I showed him the timeline of events that lead to the freezer showing symptoms of not freezing fully and why there was a strong smell in the area.
