We have had so many problems with calls being return in a timely manner repairs are not done in timely manner. We called about water trouble earlier today it is now after hours no emergency number to call and the water is linking in basement right now the temperature is about 10 degrees outside and water linking

THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL & NASTY , Have Crackhead Residents In A Unit That Have Cats Climbing In & Out Of Through Window. Water leaking from living room ceiling & bedroom ceiling. Plumbing in the shower don’t work. House smells like feces inside & out. Chipped paint In every window and in bottom of tub. Vents smell like feces. RAT DROPPINGS INSIDE & OUSIDE OF THE HOUSE.
