I asked for a roof inspection from Masterlyne and was told that I didn't need a new roof; that I had a couple of years before I needed to have one. It was refreshing to get an honest opinion and some helpful information from the two gentlemen that called on me. I needed a lot of work done on the exterior of my house, mandated by my insurance co. Masterlyne hydroblasted the entire house, fixed all damaged stucco, replaced & painted bad wood soffits, fascia & pergola, & painted all stucco surfaces with 'Cool Wall Texcote' plus the color coat. Materlyne did an excellent job! We had them do two houses for us, our rental house and our primary home. They worked fast and efficiently leaving the houses and yards clean with beautiful new roofs! There was one miscommunication between the man who gave us a quote and the crew who did the worked. But once we made them aware of it, the work was done the way we were promised. This company did the roof for my house. They did a great job. I am very happy with their performance when it came to the quotation giving the estimated cost for a particular job or service. They explained it very clearly how their products work and how it helps home owners. They carried quality materials. Gavin and his company did a great job on our roof at our primarily residence a couple years ago, so we had them come out to quote our rental property. It turned out the roof is still in great shape and has at least 10 years left on it. I would highly recommend Masterlyne!
