First time in Matsercuts GREAT customer service. I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Michelle, she was a good listener, she did my hair exactly how I wanted it to. All in all it was a great experience, can't wait to go back.

Worst haircut I ever got given by one of the worst mannered woman I've ever met. After arguing with her parents in the store and showing off how much of a spoiled brat she was because they didn't make her lasagna for dinner, she proceeded to take out her anger on my poor head giving me one of the most painful, chopped up haircuts I've ever had.
