We walked into master cuts expecting good service. There was two women working and one was in the process of dying her own hair while cutting someone's hair. She did a good job on the guy you could clearly tell she knew him well. My husband got a simple cut and she rushed to get it done. She didn't even bother to dust the hair off and left several spots untouched. He paid $17 for a half a**ed job. When we were leaving she turned away a customer because they closed in an hr. used to work there and that bothered me so much when the stylist would give the customer an unrealistic wait time...happens all day every day there!!

I have been going here for awhile now and every time I go here I am very pleased with my stylist, they are very busy so that really tells me how great they are. The customer service is always great and yes they are busy not like other places, so I would always come back here and there is a lot of experience in this place, and they know what they are talking about . I recommend mastecuts to all my family and friends . I have had people take pictures of my hair and ask who does my hair and always tell them with a smile.

i went their to dye my hair and well the lady told me that their was no way i could dye my hair because it was to dark and i wanted it ombre so all i said was thank you and left....they have very poor coustumer service i felt so uncomfortable and the lady had such a bad attitude with me i litearally ran out of that hair salon NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!!!! So not a good place to go get your hair done....Oh the prices are ridiculous!
