The first time we went for my husband's haircut the manager cut his hair so bad. It was the hispanic elderly manager with short hair. But this time we went in for my son's and husband's haircuts and Lupe was the stylist who cut their hair and she did great. She has patience and really paid attention to what we wanted not like the manager that wanted to cut it her way. If we we return here i will ask for Lupe she was very good and polite.
