Came in as a walk in for my girlfriend. Was told the wait would be an hour, which was fine. The wait for any available next stylist of course. A customer walked in and the Male stylist told the customer "you know I'm by appointments only" and began to talk to each like they knew each other. After waiting and hour the male stylist took the customer that just walked in... And asked my girlfriend if we were waiting. We said yes for an hour, then he said it's because your a walk in.
