All I wanted was light bangs similar to the picture I had provided, but instead the male stylist cut my hair like Spock from Star Trek. What part of "I want similar bangs like the photo I'd showed you" don't you understand? You had one job, and if you can't get it right please rethink your choices as a hair stylist. This place is horrible. My fiance went to get a trim and they cut off 6 or more inches of her hair. She called me crying about it. It's really sad how someone wants a trim just to cut off your dead ends and you get a hair cut. I only rated it one star cause I had to. Do not go to this place. They will do you wrong. Who wants to fix a haircut that wasn't done right. I will never go to this place nor will she. And all my friends and family will know not to go to this place. They will ruin your hair

I know going to master cuts was a bad idea, it always is. But I was desperate for a hair cut. Anyways, the woman who cut my hair gave me the worse hair cut I've ever had. She cut my hair in a way that would be great for someone who straightens and back combs their hair. I, however, don't. She cut my layers so short that it doesn't curl right anymore. And she thinned it out to the point that it feels like I'm going bald. I said long side bangs and she gave me short and straight across. In summary, I will never go there again ... read more
