upset the master cuts inside the mall is ok, if you get the manager Natalie to cut ur hair. i went one day when she wasnt there and my experience was absolutely horrid. they chopped my hair to hell and they made me lose like 5 inches of hair to fix it. not very excited about this place, i wont ever go back.
