I have to give them a one star because you can’t give them less. I have been going here for five years and have always had wonderful service until the past four months. Service has declined the staff has been minimalized, and whoever is on staff generally doesn’t know how to do any of the specialty services including a “male haircut” don’t waste your time or your money.
I have been going to mastercuts for years and have even referred family and friends that now only go there. After my first time there I knew I would necer truat anyone with my hair again. It was nothing short of protection. Going here I know I will never have to worry about someone raking off to much. Also this last year my hair has been horrible nothing like it use to be and thanks to the wonderful ladies that were working there I was able to change things up and my hair has came back to life.
