After being at hair cutters I went into master cuts and spoke with the manager terrie. She was easy to talk to and helped me with all my needs. I proceeded to let her be the one to fix my hair. She did an amazing job. She fixed the mess I had. I would defiantly recommend her
I came to Mastercuts in Charlottesville after calling and talking to the manager Terrie. She was very helpful and understanding after I shared with her my bad experience at Hair Cuttery. It had been almost a year since I had my hair done as I was scared I would get a horrible cut. I went into master-cuts not knowing what I wanted to do with my hair and I was accompanied by the manger Terrie. She help me choose the hair style that I've been looking for. I've been to many different places but I truly will always come to her.
I went in there to get my hair done the other day and was totally and completely unhappy, The manager is VERY rude and unprofessional she was on the phone while doing my hair I have been in there several times but this will be my last she got to arguing with an employee right in front of me I would NOT go unless that becomes the last place in charlottesville
I called the salon specifically asking if they could do short hair. I was advised to wait on a specific stylist who came in two hours later. Once she came in, I scheduled an appointment. I had already stopped by the salon and gotten a price list. I had gotten my hair done the previous week as well. i conformed the price with the stylist before i went in . i waited two hours for her to start on my hair and she went over the pricing again at my request.
