Melissa is THE BEST stylists EVER! She has been my hair stylists for 8 years! Not once have I had a complaint with her services! I highly highly recommend her!
What's the policy at your place for getting highlights "fixed"? I was in a few days ago and asked for highlights and a cut, the trim was fine but without checking out what color I wanted the lady went in back and whipped up a super bright blond. I usually get a dark color put into my hair because I don't look all that great with bright blond. She assured me it would look good. Anyways two hours, and $125 later I went home and hate it.
