I get the worst highlights in my life, they are not professional, now I have to pay to fix my hair
wow. had to go get my hair fixed at an actual salon. I will never go there again. very racist and full of attitude. they actually forgot to finish the back section.
my boyfriend just went and got a cut from there and the girl did not know how to cut his hair he now looks like a testicle bald I paid for the cut and gave her a tip because that's the polite thing to do however listening to your client telling you they wanted a bald fade up and a 3 on top but you mess up and don't fess up to your mess up and take a one over the top of their head you should be ashamed
Melissa did a great job on my hair. She has always been kind to me when I come in. All the ladies there are very kind. We talk like we are old friends. She has worked so hard to get my hair where I want it. I couldn’t be any happier. I will definitely continue to go there.
I went in to find a solution to my damaged hair and Brandi, a stylist there took care of me right away. I loved her professionalism and her friendliness, and of course I love my haircut. I will definitely be coming back to her !
Danielle Davis gets 0 stars for professionalism and attitude. The key to success is service after the sale, dear. You mess up hair and when the customer gets upset, you call it disrespect...WRONG! A disgruntled customer is you chance to promote yourself as a professional who pleases her customers..you FAIL
