Kassandra is awesome. She does amazing colors on my daughters' hair!
Butchered my wife and daughters hair. The stylist argued with my wife as she was cutting about it being shorter than she wanted and obviously uneven. Then spent the rest of the time complaining to the other stylists about how few hours they have now that they all moved here from another salon in Cedar Rapids that shut down due to poor reviews and angry customers.
Finally convinced my 14 year old daughter to get a perm. She spent just over SIX hours getting her first one here. There is barely a crimp in her hair! I will never convince her to try again. They spent over three hours just rolling her hair. I doubt I'll ever go back.
