I took my wife here this past weekend and it was a horrible experience. There were 2 workers there and one man, (presumably one of their boyfriends as he obviously was not an employee) who was also behind the counter. When we walked in and asked to get her hair cut, they both asked the other one if they wanted to do it. At the time that seemed normal, but looking back it was a red flag on the crappy job they do. I went to Mastercuts today and it was a joke. I wanted my eyebrows done and the girl that did them destroyed my left eyebrow. They didn't match at all and she would not own up to her mistake. I told her I would go else where so they could fix her mistake and she said I could do that and they would not charge me. No duh your not charging me you destroyed my eyebrow.She never even said sorry. I ran over to K J and Company almost in tears and they got me right in and did what they could.
