Had a terrible experience. I walk in and no one is there, the note on the counter said "Back in 5 min." I waited over 10 minutes. The lady was very friendly. I told her I wanted a haircut and a brow wax. I sit down and tell her how I want my hair cut (told her lengths, guard numbers, etc). She cuts the sides with a 1 (like I'd asked) then proceeds to "fade" with a 6. She takes very little off the top, despite my telling her exactly how short it should be, then turns me to the mirror and it looked like I had a bowl cut becaus... read more

I had the most wonderful experience getting my hair done!! The color and cut came out better than I had expected and Ashley, my stylist was so much fun to work with!! 😀
