Went to MasterCuts and had a very bad experience. we will never go back or recommend this place to anybody they ruined my wife’s hair when all she went in for was a simple $10 spa treatment where are you will get shampoo and conditioner and treated. after being quoted $10 on the phone she was charged $25 in person. the gentleman working on her hair Had no idea what he was doing when he asked for the manager’s assistant the manager refused to come and help my wife. She did an awesome job! Love the summer cut I got <3
My husband loved coming here, always got a great cut. But today he came out looking like we went to great clips. Not sure why the stylist did the opposite of what he asked but he is very unpleased. Really unfortunate since this affects his job.
Stacy does a great job! Great prices too. The manager was helpful and present and helped everyone. A very friendly staff and great salon.
