Last week, Dude was trying to say they're a Regis Brand. Today, I walked passed & heard an employee using the word Shi*💁. Way to represent. You never know who is listening or who you're serving. 👂👀👎
The manager was rude to both customers and us as clients (but especially her employees) and kept leaving the store to talk on her phone. Inexcusable behavior for a store leader. The place reeked of cigarette smoke. We will not be going back.
