When your regular stylist can’t squeeze you in, just have patience and wait! I went here for a same day haircut and asked for a stacked bob. I ended up with this hot mess. A coworker of mine even made the comment that it looked like a child took scissors to my hair. Embarrassing! I won’t wear my hair down, yet even in a ponytail you can see it is all messed up. Vivian is amazing!!! She gave me an awesome haircut and took the time to give me a relaxing shampoo, but not only did she style my hair in a way that was best suited for my personal style, she also is great with upbeat fun conversation. You must see her when you go to Katy Mills Mall!!!!

Workers were not friendly at all and stylist didn't know how to cut it when we said a bob. I wanted hair parted on side but she wouldn't cut it the same length because she said she had to leave one side longer. That makes absolutely no sense. Everyone else has always cut both sides the same length.

First time I went the stylist in the front was great. Second time, i didn't know I was able to make it so didn't call to see if she was there, they told me it would take 10 mins. I waited bc drove 45 mins just to cut hair. When I sat in chair the lady told me she couldn't do my hair bc she would mess it up, glad for her honesty. She said the other lady could do it but she didn't have time. I think the stylist should be up to date on haircuts because all I wanted was a BOB.
