I went there today to get my boys haircuts. The lady told me it was a 4 hour wait. She's really dumb, because the appointment book is on the counter for everyone to see. There was appointments way before the one she gave me. I don't think she wanted to cut my boys hair and gave me the first appointment time for another employee. Today was the first time I saw that lady there.
This is the only place i have found in Tompkins County/Cortland County that can do my hair and the way I want it. Rachel is the best!! Actually all the ladies are great and friendly. They keep the salon clean and stocked with all kinds of hair product.
10:30 and they are still not open. Sign says 10:00.... ok, 10:40 we give up, headed downtown. Don't think I'll ever return.
All the girls are wonderful!!! Jenna was great!!!!
