I got cancelled/stood up for appts for a bid, three days in a row. I shut down my sole proprietor medical clinic, for two of those three days, waiting around for Dan to come. I had to call, on the third day, asking for the courtesy of at least, a "don't have time (to keep our appt)", also telling him that I'm self-employed & need to get back to my clinic. Terrible experience- use any other company! This company doesn’t use equipment to break the fall of the tree; they use your house! Owner AJ Berzins was combative, argumentative and called me a liar when I reported interior damage when they took down my tree. Look for a more professional company.

The team at MasterCut Tree Service is absolutely phenomenal! From A.J. to Dan, to the rest of the team. This company is super responsive, very organized and just does a fantastic job throughout, including the clean up. The team at MasterCut helped take out an old and very LARGE hedge from my elderly fathers yard. They did a fantastic job and were so friendly and communicative to me as well as my father. Pricing was also just fantastic. I will definitely use this company again in the future. Thank you so much team!
