The company caused mold damage to my house and ignores me after reporting the issue. Mastercraft Roofing replaced my roof a couple years ago and forgot to install the bathroom ventilation. I did not discover this until a contractor was doing some work on my house. It appears that Mastercraft Roofing just left the bathroom ventilating to the attic and caused some serious mold damage. I've recently hired Master Craft Roofing Company to repair my roof. The owner, Mr. Jaime, is an exceptionally nice and professional person. As soon as he got my call to come to inspect the issue, he stopped by my house and climbed into the attic to inspect the leaking issue. As he was investigating the issue, he found out that I not only had a leak issue, I also had a ventilation issue in the attic.
