While the job started well it ended horribly. I cannot recommend this company at all for numerous instances. They didn't follow the terms written in their own contract. They underestimated the cost of the job by a huge amount. They do anything to get you to work with them and then they change everything the price, the terms, the timeline! They did not send me written estimates for most of the additional work, which was required in their contract and is a conventional business practice, but just added the additional charges t... read more
We originally replaced our roof 25 years ago and it was desperately in need of replacement. We interviewed multiple contractors with the intent of replacing it with asphalt shingles. When we met Jaime we were impressed with the passion and energy he demonstrated for the project, and he shared examples of metal roofs as an alternative. MasterCraft Roofing did an outstanding job on our new roof and skylight replacement project. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and their attention to detail truly sets them apart. The craftsmanship is top‑tier and absolutely cannot be beat. Their in‑house, high‑quality sheet‑metal flashing and certified Malarkey shingle installation make MasterCraft the number one choice for anyone wanting a premium, long‑lasting roofing job at a competitive price. Highly recommended!
Mastercraft roofing has always done a great job for us. We’ve been using Jaime with Mastercraft for 15-20 years. He’s been a trusted roofer. This was at least 15 years ago and her roof is still going strong! This time we had a new roof done by our GC during our remodel and the GC’s roofer did a shotty job on... read more
Jamie and his team just recently replaced the roof of my house. They were very professional and very open and transparent. I have had experience working with many different contractors in the past, but Jamie and his team stood out. Definitely recommend them for your roof replacement project.
