Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very personable. Really nice to work with.
Don't hire this company if you have a small project and want it done in a timely fashion. I only needed one granite bathroom countertop. While he came promptly to measure, it took 6 weeks to get them out to install it. I heard lots of excuses but never was compensated for the wait and was without a useable bathroom for too long. Should not have paid up front as I had no leverage.

The job is perfect. The cost was very fair. The original date was adjusted first by customer and that moved us back to holiday time. Customer service, communication and quality was perfect. After 35 years, having one issue tells a great deal about the customer. Enough said.
Ken Kass is very patient and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me.
Mastercraft did a fabulous job for us. They were very timely, less expensive, professional and experienced throughout the execution of the project. They scheduled and optimized the total work in such a way that we were only withought kitchen for 3 days. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to do any Stone and/or granite related work.
It was a very great experience . He was very helpful and knowledgable about the needs of the project.
