I recently complained that Mastercraft Industries had charged me $78.75 and it should have been a credit. I discovered this charge on Saturday, 9/26/20, but it was charged on 9/24/20. The charge has been corrected to the credit it should have been. While that fixes the major problem, I am still of the opinion that, having ordered 1 cord and having received 2 cords, and I had to pay $19.36 to return a cord I didn't order, that the return cost should have been Mastercraft's expense.
