Terrible workmanship. We are highly disappointed with the quality of work provided by mastercraft hardwood flooring. They refinished old floors for us (they still have holes, staples, and deep cracks in the floor) and even the new floors they finished in other parts of the house have cracks and warping. We just finished a renovation and the floors are by far the worst workmanship in the house. I will have to call real professionals to redo my floors. Stay away.
