Great company and staff - responded to my inquiry about a new garage door opener and scheduled an appointment and installed it a few days later. Eric the technician did an excellent job and kept me updated during the entire installation process. I have had an inoperable garage door for years. I decided that it was time to pull the trigger to get a new door. I was thoroughly impressed with MasterCraft from the get-go. I called in and scheduled an appointment, Danielle came out (on time, which was great!) and bid out my project. She was very professional and knowledgeable, based off my experience with her I decided to move forward with MasterCraft. They were able to help us right away and offer us a solution to our problem. Gave us options and explained which would be best. Able to get our garage door fixed in a timely manner. Eric was great!
