I’m renting a townhouse and the previous tenants clearly never changed the filters. The landlord agreed to let me hire duct cleaners, and Master Air Duct clean came highly recommended. They had a great professional attitude right from the first phone call. The a/c cleaning was handled by a tech named Lyle, who did some seriously detailed work. He was very polite and left the place spotless after finishing the duct cleaning. I had a really pleasant experience and would absolutely use them again.
I booked an a/c cleaning with Master Air Duct Clean because the airflow in my upstairs bedrooms felt really weak. The easy booking system was great, and the skilled staff knew exactly how to tackle the issue. Since the duct cleaning, the temperature is much more even throughout my home. Great honest work from these guys.
These guys are SCAMMERS’ . The “owner” comes to quote the chimney cleaning job and says it’s 2k. I had my brother in law who is in construction speak to him in detail. He said they are a little high but just do it. I asked him to do it. The same day he came and to do the work. He calls me and says well it’s more than I thought after looking at it? This guy is a crook. He comes to quote a job and says it’s 2k after he came and assessed work, then came back and said well it’s more than I thought after looking at it and it’s 6500!!! Yeah ok- I’m reporting them to the better business bureau and filing a formal complaint on his license. This is south Florida for you
They showed up on time, got straight to work, and made sure we were kept informed every step of the way. Even showed us before and after truly eye-opening photos. Their dedication and attention to detail were really impressive. Would recommend Master Air Duct Clean to anyone!
