Boca Raton is a great city but it can be a little humid sometimes. Due to the humidity, the house can sometimes feel musty. I called in to have the air ducts checked because the air conditioner was running a lot but not providing much airflow. The guys were on time, covered the floors and cleaned the vents quite nicely.
The guys arrived right on time and didn't leave a mess. Our AC blows way colder now which is exactly what we needed before summer hits hard. Good prices too.
Terrible service!!! Don’t hire these company. We request a dryer duct cleaning service; they guy got to our home and asked for $250. He spent 10 minutes doing the cleaning. Didn’t get to clean the entire duct, he didn’t place the duct back in place saying it was broken and needed to charge more. All the dust was left at the floor and behind the dryer. Very bad service and rude people.
Master Air Duct Clean did a fantastic dryer duct cleaning. They took the time to show me all of the options and helped me choose what was right for my home and fits my budget. The technician was friendly and the difference in my air quality was immediately noticeable. I’m glad I found them!
I’m renting a townhouse and the previous tenants clearly never changed the filters. The landlord agreed to let me hire duct cleaners, and Master Air Duct clean came highly recommended. They had a great professional attitude right from the first phone call. The a/c cleaning was handled by a tech named Lyle, who did some seriously detailed work. He was very polite and left the place spotless after finishing the duct cleaning. I had a really pleasant experience and would absolutely use them again.
