Master Clean is hands down the best carpet cleaning / mold remediation company I have ever dealt with. John is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The technician was on time and efficient. He was very polite and friendly, and explained the steps of what he was doing. The carpet turned out beautifully! -Looked great and smelled great.
I received a free carpet cleaning from my apartment complex when I renewed my lease. Nathan arrived right on time. He was pleasant, friendly, efficient, and effective. He did an amazing job, even partially removing some set in stains that were present before I moved in. The carpet looks amazing and feels super soft and fluffy. Kim in the office was also kind, helpful, and pleasant to interact with.
The technician was very nice but I was not impressed with the cleaning I had. He cleaned 4 areas in under 30 minutes. There are still stains and there isn’t any difference in the high traffic area. I could have saved money and bought a carpet cleaner and did it myself for the same price. I bought resolve high traffic carpet foam and it did a better job. I feel ripped off.
Didn’t do a good job.. nothing looks different at all!
