From first contact to completion, our experience with MasterCare was professional. When I called for an estimate I received a friendly greeting. The representative (Brad) arrived on time. He clearly and courteously explained what to expect and gave and estimate within a reasonable time frame. Because of work and school schedules we needed to have our floors refinished over spring break. They had no problem accommodating our schedules. I have never had the pleasure of having Master Care Flooring in my home to repair or replace my wooden floors. The reason is that I live out of town but over the years I have met people that have had them do business for them and have heard nothing but positive opinions of the owners who are honest, trustworthy, resonably priced and do a beautiful job of repairing, replacing or refinishing their wood floors. I would not hesitate to have them in my home to make my wood floors beautiful.
