Why anyone would give low recommendations based on time they waited for oil change blows my mind. What I found that makes Mastercare Automotive unique is that the first person you see when you walk in is the OWNER, ready to help and solve your VEHICLE concerns...I can count on HONEST, GREAT QUALITY WORK...he even has a huge TV with tons of movies to watch as you wait, he even has coffee for us coffee drinkers...it's a place where my Mercedes Benz feels AT HOME...and me too, lol

Best mechanic shop and most honest place I’ve been to in the car business. Mike and his staff are awesome, have been coming about 3 years. I will not go anywhere else. Plus they don’t overcharge, complimentary drinks, nice, clean place
We drive all the way from the east side of Houston to get all our maintenance done on our vehicles because they are so trustworthy and do such an awesome job. You couldn't ask for better service.
You can't find more honest guy than Mike (the owner). Mastercare Auto is the best place in town for auto repairs!!!.

Changing my rating! Took it to Mike for an oil change and fluid check before a trip to Destin. It took a lot longer that it should have because he was backed up. He assured us he checked all fluids and it was good to go for us to safely travel to Florida. However, we broke down once we got there and stranded without transportation for 2 days while on vacation.
