Had a new roof put on 2 years ago. It leaked the first 2 weeks and more this year. I guess they went out of business. So much fo a warranty.
Worst experience ever. I recently had my roof replaced by this company and 60 days later it is not holding up to the first storm of the season. I have tried to reach out to the owner, to resolve and have repairs but found out the company went out of business. Whether it was MasterBuilt, MasterRoofing or any other company associated with this owner, Jason Johnson, beware.
MasterBuilt made empty promises and has still yet to finish the work scope. I won’t use them again. Their communication skills suck and they keep giving me the run around. It took me getting “nasty” with someone to attempt to get an answer that I still do not have. Told me they’d be done within 6 weeks, that was back in May...still not done! (9/5)
Great company great and awesome owner!!! Is very honest and gets the job done.
