Also I have read a number of reviews on this site. Customer service has not contacted me on the site or by message. They only respond to positive reviews not negative. It is now time to file a complaint with North Carolina Attorney General’s office. I have done all I can do with Lowe’s and Master Brand Cabinets. We will see as we move forward. The district manager is not a professional. He has totally failed in doing his job. Can not get my order after four moths still waiting for the correct replacement items. Can not get a response from Robert Nathan in the Charlotte location. Wrong item defective items missing items and it takes longer to get these items than the first shipment of original items. Master Brand has not done anything to correct this issue and Robert Nathan refuses to do his job. Beware of this company. They are only after your money not customer s... read more
