Hello Ken, I have a 20 year warranty in your handwriting written in 2009. My 15 year old fence is still under warranty. I am still waiting for fence repair. Post is coming up from the ground infringing on neighbors fence and moving my fence gate. Promises to fix every year. Appears he is stringing me along for years now in order for the warranty to expire.
