Flexible and friendly staff, no doubt about that, they called me back verifying what I wanted, worked to find a time that works with me, and were just generally friendly. However, I was quoted about 3 hours of work then received a call almost 6 hours later to tell me they were still putting it on. I was charged for that 6 hours. When I picked the car up, I couldn't put it in reverse as they welded a pipe directly underneath the shifter arm for the trans. I thought the days of rip-off mechanic shops were over but we have a genuine functioning one in Rochelle, IL with Masterbend. I have a 2008 Explorer Sport Trac Adrenalin vehicle. This is a limited edition sport truck that I've bought new and have maintained in pristine condition with low miles. The muffler and the pipe exiting the muffler were rusting out.
