Very knowledgeable people, owner is very friendly and is actually ready to go an extra mile for his customers. You could tell right away they are family owned business. You can feel safe going to this shop and not worry about getting ripped of. Thank you for your help.
our rail gate trailer was 12 hours from a scheduled delivery to a corporate shareholders meeting when the driver called dispatch to report a complete FAILURE of the lift gate -- but fate was kind to us when I searched repair shop and MASTER TRAILER REPAIR come up. BTW it was a SATURDAY -- Amazingly enough they diagnosed the problem and more Amazing they had the replacement part in stock. I'm sorry 5 STARS is the maxium rating here. 100 stars would be more appropriate. THANKS
