Tl;dr: Had a great experience and was lucky to get help from Ruben and Cael here while experiencing a mid-roadtrip leaking tire. My experience: Picture this: you’re 200- something miles into your first big trip with your new camper and new (to you) 2500. Everything’s going smoothly until BAM! Low tire pressure light comes on. Tried to charge me 800 dollars for 1 wheel bearing on the passenger side. Because of “knowledge” I called another shop and they quoted 350
Needed calipers rebuilt and no one in this area would even touch them. Everyone said just replace your calipers and I just needed a rebuild kit. Ruben said bring them over. I came into his shop and he literally rebuilt them in 20 minutes. Ruben is a master mechanic, and extreme professional. Customer service was top-notch. If I could give it more stars, I would. Anyone out there needing high quality work performed, he’s the man to see.
Needed a tire repair in a hurry while I was on the road traveling. Both the repair service man and the owner were very professional very efficient and took care of me in very short order and I really appreciated it. Thank you.
