My husband and I set out today planning a half day of carpet shopping. Our first stop was Carpet One. We didn’t make any more stops. I could not have been more pleased with their expertise and patience. Krista and the rest of today’s staff were friendly and phenomenal to deal with. Can’t wait get our new flooring!
RecommendedWe worked with Bob and he was amazing from start to finish. We bought all the hardwood flooring and carpet for our new home and for our basement. They had the best price and we did shop around. And above that they had excellent customer service, after our product got back ordered and then delayed a 2nd time he took matters into his own hands to get this resolved and we ended up getting our flooring earlier than expected!!
