Master Techs and the entire experience was exceptional and would rate them a 10 if I could!
I contacted Master Techs for a quote on replacing all brakes and rotors after getting a quote from my dealer. Master Techs beat my dealers quote by over $1k and finished the job in one day. I worked with Fernando at the front desk and he was very helpful throughout the process. I’m happy with the work that they did and will return in the future.
I'm on the go constantly, traveling all the time for work and I'm horrible when it comes to remembering to get my oil changed, Mastertechs is great! They sent me a text reminding me to come in for one, I texted back and they were able to fit me in the next morning. No wait time! Was finished in under 30 minutes. Great shop, great location, great prices, fantastic staff! Will be coming back for tires and more!
Excellent customer service. I have worked with them twice through Costco and both times were great experiences. Chris is very friendly and does a wonderful job finding quick available appointments. The turn around time for repairs is much faster than working with the dealership and the prices are a fraction of the cost. Their work is also under Napa parts warranty which can be honored anywhere in the country. My vehicle is running smoothly and I’ll definitely be back to use their services.
