Was told by a lube shop that I need to urgently service my transmission. I called MasterTech and they said otherwise. The gentleman then took a few minutes on the phone to teach me about proper vehicle maintenance. You don't find people who provide that kind of service for someone that may or may not be a potential customer. But, I can tell you this: in the event that I do need service, I know where to go where I can get friendly HONEST answers from an expert.
Best in the business, I have had work done at other shops but this one is different. They went beyond any other shop as far as quality of work, speed of service and fairness in price. Mike is the owner and Steve one of the transmission techs are very nice and easy to work with.
