I ordered an annual service kit for my Oasis Hydronic system on October 2 2024. No information on shipping, no answers to emails or phone calls. Phone mail boxes were full. Opened a Better Business Bureau case against them, case later closed because BBB couldn't get a response from them. Got an email today (Jan 13, 2025) from Master Tech RV saying my part has shipped. 3 1/2 months after ordering.
