2 months to get my small shade part. Never responded to my emails. Only responded to my negative review. After they responded to my negative review asking for my order number they never responded again. I had to have a different person leave a review to get an answer/update on my order.
I work in the Parts Department for an RV dealership and placed an order with this company over a month ago (shade part) and they have never gotten the part to us. Not only is the part not here, but they won’t pick up their phones or respond to an email. I have put in several emails with my work email and no one will respond. I have called several times from the work phone. No answer. Order MTRV5132
I ordered a water heater 3 months ago from them. I received the cover in the mail after 1 month, but the rest of the parts are missing. None of my emails to support have been returned, none of my calls or messages have been returned, and the mailboxes of every person available from their phone number are full. I believe this company is a scam. Don't order from them, you won't get your goods.
The web site was still active saying they were open. When I arrived there, the building was empty and for lease/for sale. I tried to contact the business by phone several times. No luck speaking to a real person
