Excellent service by the Master Tech technicians...I had a new furnace installed as my previous one was 23 years old and making strange noises periodically. They arrived when they said and had it installed and cleaned ** in about 3 hours. Would definitely recommend and will use them again....**************
They are a very professional company ,they did everything in a timely matter They took all waste with them, they were very helpful when I asked questions, I would refer them to anyone needing heating or air conditioning work. **** ******
Charged me $275. to reset thermal limit switch. I still had to clear intake pipe myself. Found new switch on ebay for $10. I have a Trane xv90 furnace. Tech wanted to sell me a new carrier furnace. If you want to get ripped off on a furnace repair call these guys.
ZERO STARS - refusal to honor warrantee/WORST PLACE/took original part without authorization/price gauging due to extreme temperatures TL;DR --> Avoid this place at all costs, unless the piles of cash you have lying around are getting too large, and you need to get rid of them by paying to make your furnace run worse than it was with the “broken” part, or you enjoy being yelled at and insulted. Heater went out mid December, company came out right away (faster than they told me to expect them) Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable pricing! New heater, AC and water heater installed the NEXT DAY!! Highly recommend! 5 ⭐️
They came out on December 5, and installed new furnace on December 6, 2019!! Great service!!
