I have had the pleasure of working with Van since he opened his lab. Our association goes back ten years prior to that when he worked for another local lab. That is 32 years we have been working together. Van's work is top notch. He is very meticulous and takes the time to get things right. So impressed with this lab! They are so easy to work with. If there’s an issue, they are great with communicating and fixing that issue. I had a patient do a custom shade and she couldn’t believe the detail and precision the lab tech was able to incorporate into her crown. She said the process was also very easy and the people were friendly. Master tech is also very fast so your patients are in temps for very short periods of time. Needless to say, very happy patients and that makes for a happy dentist!! 10/10!
Great quality of work and very good communication.
Worked directly with Van @ Master Tech in Sept 2022 to have custom shading/color matching done to my 4 veneers. Communication and understanding the process was a breeze. When I arrived at the lab, the process was simple and fast. Once a shade was chosen, he sent them directly to my DDS, Dr. Trevor @ Hamilton Dental. Dr. Trevor did not have any problems with fit or color. After having my veneers now for 9 months I still get complements daily. Could not be happier!!
