In November 2025, Mastertech Auto replaced broken power windows switch. Worked perfectly for six months Then driver's window stopped working correctly. I took car back to Mastertech Auto who had ordered a replacement power wndow switch since old switch was still under warranty. They installed the new switch right away and at no charge to me. They did an excellent and efficient job of fixing my car and were pleasant people to work with. I will bring my car back to Mastertech Automotive to do future work on my car. My son does... read more
They are the best!! I won't use anyone else but Master Tech!!
Charged my mom $750 to replace electric window switch, didn't fix it right, no auto function. Worse the mechanic told my mom that he knew for a fact that the only possible way for the switch to have welded the contact points together was for someone to purposely smash and hit the button. This was completely false and caused a huge argument.
